Documents needed: To our knowledge all travelers entering Mexico need a valid passport from their country. Please copy your travel documents and bring a copy with you and also leave a copy of your passport with your emergency contact at home.
Arrival: You will arrive at Cancun International Airport and our pickup service can meet you and bring you directly to Casa del Sol-Vista. There are also many car rental companies there or ask us and we can arrange a car rental for you.
If you decide to rent here are some driving tips: The highway 307 direct from Cancun should get you to the front door within 45 minutes. We urge you to drive cautiously as the rules of the road are not enforced as strictly as they may be in your own country. Please keep your attention on the road and consider any and all traffic signals.

Groceries: In Playa del Carmen there are several large grocery stores including Walmart where you will find everything you need for your relaxing vacation at Casa del Sol-Vista. Our concierge will be happy to stock the refrigerator with selected items so that you have what you need upon arrival.
